In this episode, we discuss the move to ban books and curriculum that conservatives argue bring up uncomfortable topics such as America's slave legacy, questions of racial inequality or injustice, or the Holocaust under Nazi Germany.
There are well-funded and well-organized astroturf "parents'" organizations who are pushing school boards across America to ban books, and whitewash American History in the name of "protecting their children" from ideas they themselves are too afraid to discuss with their children. Most of these efforts are driven exclusively by white supremacist ideology, and need to be called out as such.
The movement to censor thought and expression extends to music, whether it be Ozzy Osbourne, Prince or 2 Live Crew, and needs to be opposed, and actively undermined by all correct thinking Americans. We also include some instructions to help you actively undermine the conservative Parents' Movement's agenda in your local schools and libraries.
